Apagón App allows you to report from your cell phone whether you currently have electric power from the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority or not.It also allows you to view these reports, thus helping identify "pockets".The app has notifications: if a blackout is detected, we can send notifications and quickly know who has electric power and who does not.It can also send you notifications regarding planned outages.
